Having braved through the hectic exams, HerSeasons are now back in action!! We have 2 announcements for this website today and they are...

First Announcement
We have now revised our website in the following areas (please take note):-

Changed product categories: Now we have 3 categories - Bags, Clothes, Accessories
Revised postage fee: Postage fee for tops is S$1.00 instead of the original S$1.50. This change can be found highlighted under the Postage section.
Removed "Size Charts" section
"Clothes" section is now open with fabulous clothes at affordable prices for your browsing! Do click on "Clothes" at the left column NOW!!

Second Announcement
Owing to the multiple festivities back to back, HerSeasons is having a Festive Sales now on!! Lasting for one month (sales period from 17 Dec 2007 to 15 Jan 2008), the sales details are as follows:-

1st piece @ price stated, 2nd piece @ 10% off, 3rd piece onwards @ 15% off.
Note: Discount given only to lower priced items.
E.g.: Purchase of $21.90 and $25.90, the 10% discount will be given to the item priced at $21.90. So, Total purchase cost= $25.90 + $(21.90-10%)+Postage Fee
Pre-ordering applicable for all our products.
All orders to reach us via email by 15 Jan 08 10pm.
There will be a short break for HerSeasons between the period 23 Dec 07 to 03 Jan 08. We hope for your understanding (we do have parties like everyone else! ^^) and that we will reply you as soon as we resume on 03 Jan 08.

We hope that even as the year is coming close with a big bang (well, 2 celebrations close to each other!), that you have enjoyed shopping with us. We ask for your continuous support for us to continue growing and to bring in better products for your pleasure. ^^

Dear All,

Please kindly note that, due to some OOS (Out Of Stock) event at the supplier side, some bags which were originally for Pre-Order Sales have to be taken away from our site too as we do not know when will the stock for those bags come in.

This is the reason why our site had remained inaccessible for a short period of time. Please excuse us for that sudden inaccessibility.

Kindly note that the following bags have been taken off site:
Affected Type A Bags -- SHA002
Affected Type C Bags -- SHC005 (both purple and gold); SHC007; SHC008.

Postage fee will be as such:

Tops = SGD$1.00

Bottoms = SGD$2.00

Dresses = SGD$2.00

Accessories = SGD$0.50

Bags = SGD$2.00

For registered mail, an additional S$2.20 is payable. (Strongly encouraged to ensure your item(s) reaches you)

Combine postage for multiple charges are allowed. For more than one purchases, total amount will be advised further upon receiving your orders.

Thank you for shopping with HerSeasons! We are delighted that our products have caught your eyes!

Please kindly note the following T&Cs that we have to facilitate product orders and deliveries.

(1) Refund/Exchange

Please note that promotion items will not be allowed exchange, refund or credit.

Our products are carefully examined for defects before delivery. Hence any products reported with severe damages are impossible. In the event you receive products with damage, please kindly contact us within 3 days after having received your purchase.

In the event that your order is out of stock, we do allow you to exchange for another item(s) for the same or higher value by topping up the difference. Exchange for another item of lower value is permissible, but no refund will be given for the difference.

In the case of exchange, there will be NO refund of the initial delivery fees. However the delivery of the exchange product(s) will be free of charge.

(2) Order Confirmation/Handling Process

Upon receiving your orders, HerSeasons will send out a confirmation mail to you within 3 days, verifying the item(s) ordered and total price value. Kindly acknowledge the confirmation mail by replying and making the payment to us within 3 days. Non-response or non-payment will be treated as automatic order cancellation and we will not go on to holding the products for you.

Once you have acknowledged and replied to the Confirmation mail and made payment, there will be NO cancellation of orders.

Your purchases will be posted to you upon receipt of payment.

(3) Terms of Payment & Delivery

All prices of products stated in the site are before addition of postage fees. Please refer to “Postage Fee” section for postage charges of the various product types.

Payment is strictly by bank transfers. DBS, POSB Savings, and UOB accounts are welcomed.

There will be strictly no meet-ups. Your purchases will be sent to you via SingPost, through normal mail or registered mail (please note that for registered mail, delivery may take up to 9 workings days). Registered mail is highly recommended to ensure that your precious purchases do not get lost while in the delivery process.

(4) Disclaimer

The colors of our products may differ slightly between what you see at this site and what you get. However, kindly rest assured that yours truly at HerSeasons selects good quality products and attractive coloring and designs.

HerSeasons reserve the right to vary the prices of the products as shown at the website without prior notice.

Delivery period of good may vary depending on stock availability. Be assured that your purchases will reach you within 7 working days if we have it in our stock room. Likewise, kindly allow us 2 weeks to a month’s time to restock should your purchase be out of stock.
